Kathleen Anne Prindle, 67, of Dillon, Montana, passed away in her home on July 2, 2026. She was a wonderful mother to her children, a beloved sister to her brother David, the love of her husband Marshall's life, and an amazing human being.
Kathleen was born to Allan and Margaret Sheldon on November 26, 1958. She grew up in Butte, MT, attending Butte Central schools before going to Flathead Valley Community College, where she met Marshall.
Throughout her life, Kathleen held various jobs, including several with the Belgrade School District, where she lived for many years. The position she took the most pride in was being a full-time mother to her two children, Elizabeth and Casey.
At the time of her passing, she was living in Dillon, MT. Before Marshall's passing, both she and Marshall were frequent vendors at the local farmer's market, where she sold her handcrafted fabric items and homemade candy. After Marshall's death, she devoted all her time to her family.
Kathleen will be remembered for her warm smile, positive attitude, and kindness to others. No matter who you were, or whether you knew her personally or not, Kathleen treated you like you were the most important person on earth. Her warmth and understanding nature will be remembered by her family forever.
Kathleen joins her husband, Marshall William Prindle; her parents, Allan and Margaret Sheldon; and her daughter, Elizabeth Grace Prindle, in the hereafter. She is survived by her son, Casey Allan Prindle; her brother, David Sheldon; and her in-laws: Bill Baker, Leone Sharp, Lee Prindle, and Leslie Rogers, along with their spouses.
In accordance with her final wishes, she will be cremated, with her ashes interred in a family plot beside those of her husband and daughter. A small, private ceremony will be held at a later time when her ashes are interred.
