John Seeds

John A. Seeds, age 83 of Dillon, Montana. Former resident of Coatesgville, Pennsylvania died August 26, 2023. He was the husband of the late Marian Clement Seeds with whom he had shared 57 years of marriage before her passing in 2017.



Born in Coatesville, Pennsylvania he was the son of the late Joseph and Maude Lewis Seeds.



John worked for I.M.S., formerly Brown Brothers, in Coatesville Pennsylvania for 40 years as a big equipment Operator. He also worked briefly for Lyons and Hohl before retiring to Dillon, Montana.



John was an avid hunter and fisherman all his life. Enjoying his retirement in Montana . He had good friends and good hunting and fishing buddies. One of his favorite's was his grandson Kyle, who shared his passion as an outdoorsman.



John was a member of the Honey Brook, Pa Dragon Wagon Hot Rod Club. He was a lifelong member of the West Caln Sportsman Club in Coatesville, Pennsylvania.



John is survived by three children, a daughter Shelly A. Seeds, a son John V. Seeds and Daughter Stephanie Winn, wife of John, all from Pennsylvania. Four grandchildren, JoDel MacBrine, Lauren Wallace, Kyle and Dustin Winn and 6 great grandchildren.



He was preceded in death by sisters Catherine Seeds, Ruth Leslie (Seeds) and brothers Raymond and Joseph Seeds.
