Gary Lynn Gneiting

Gary Lynn Gneiting, 80 of Melrose passed away peacefully at his home Nov. 15, 2025.

Gary was a gentle soul who loved his Lord, family, and the community. He spent his life on the ranch helping in any way he could. He was proud of his irrigation abilities and worked long and hard to keep the fields green. Gary never met a person he didn't like, he saw good in everyone and always had a smile on his face. Gary loved spending time with his loyal friends, Dennis and Jackie Decken who often took him to fair, parades, music festivals and family gatherings. He did love a good meal and often spoke of how his mother was an excellent cook.

Family was a big part of Gary's life- He leaves behind his brother Robert (Bobbi) Gneiting, sister Karen (Jim) Baltazar, niece Heather (Chad) Latino, nephew Jeremy (Laura) Gneiting, great niece Gabbriella Latino, great nephew Turin Latino.

Heaven gained a sweet gentle man who will be missed by all that knew him.

A memorial service will be held at the Melrose Presbyterian Church on Monday November 24, at 11:00am.
