Eugene Longie

Eugene Longie passed away at his home on July 2nd 2023. He was born in Poplar Montana on January 30th 1950 to Albert & Eva Longie. He graduated from Beaverhead County High School in 1969. In 1970 he was drafted into the Army & was sent to Vietnam until 1972. He met his wife Wanda Nudd and they were soon married & had their first child Bonnie Longie in 1974, their son Bryan Longie in 1976 & their last Brenda (Longie) Whiting in 1981. Gene enjoyed hunting & fishing with his family. He worked at Pfizer's, Fort Harrison in Helena & at Western.

Preceding him in death are his parents Albert & Eva Longie, his wife Wanda Longie, his siblings Bill Red Cloud, Grace Gwinn, Melvin Longie, Blanche Benales, Rose Longie, Vday Moran & Benny Longie. He is survived by his sisters Bootsy Lake & Terry Lowery, his children Bonnie Longie, Bryan Longie & Brenda Whiting.

Graveside service is on July 14th @ 10am. His last ride will start at 9:45am from the Brundage Funeral Home. Reception will be at Mac's Last Cast @ 1:00pm.
