Our loving mother and grandmother, Audrey Valach passed away March 8, 2014 in Dillon, Montana.  She was born in Lewistown, Montana on October 12, 1923 to Ira and Gladys (Samuels) Glenn.  She attended school in Lewistown, graduating from Fergus County High School in 1942.  She was a waitress in her years in Lewistown.  On October 16, 1947 she married John Valach Jr. in Helena.  They remained in Lewistown until 1949 when they moved to Moore where John managed the GTA elevator.  In 1953 John went to work for Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph and they finally settled in Dillon in 1958.  In Dillon, Audrey went to work at the Oasis Café.  In 1966 she went to work for Safeway, retiring in 1985.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers Everett of Billings and Ira of Lewistown, sisters Shirley Pallett of Lewistown and Joyce Anderson of Harlowton.  She is survived by a daughter Anita and husband Tom Scheetz of Sidney, a son Jim and his wife Lori Valach of Dillon, grandchildren Amanda Bishop, Penny Filler, Rachel Miotke, John and Nicholas Valach, great grandsons are Justin and Aaron Filler, Jerrett and Landen Miotke, Alex and Ian Bishop, and Christopher Valach.  In keeping with Audrey's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.  Audrey requested that memorials be sent to Barrett Home Health Care 600 Hwy 91 South, Dillon, MT  59725.  Audrey would like to thank her longtime friends Amy Rand and Mary Simon for their kindness and visits.  A heartfelt thank you also goes out to Dr. Madany, Marie Holt and the staff of Parkview Acres Nursing Home.
