Tammy Hatfield

Our Lord took a special angel home. Tammy Rae (Patrick) Hatfield, 54, of Dillon, Montana, lost her brave battle with cancer on September 19, 2018. Tammy was born in Deer Lodge, Montana on January 8, 1964. She moved to Dillon with her family where she attended grade school. She graduated from Beaverhead County High School in May 1982. She also attended University of Montana, Western. Tammy married Mark Hatfield on July 10, 1982 they were married for (36 years). Tammy worked for Pioneer Federal 1982 to 1996. After a short hiatus she worked for High Peaks Federal Credit Union from 1998 to present. While there, she served as CEO of the main office in Dillon and supervised Branch Offices in Whitehall and Sheridan Montana. Tammy had many hobbies. Growing flowers, camping, riding their side by side in the mountains near her home. She was a gracious hostess and loved entertaining family and friends in her home. Her home was the center of many holiday, birthday and family gatherings. Christmas was her favorite time of the year. She beautifully decorated her home for the season. Tammy loved her home and enjoyed sharing it with everyone. Tammy loved everything about life. Tammy was our family Matriarch! Tammy served as treasurer of Little League Baseball and never missed a game that her son played in. She strongly supported her daughter, Brittany, in her business venture “Tru Lux Salon”. She loved to fall asleep with the sound of running water, thus they purchased a home next to the river. She loved song birds. She especially liked Bald Eagles, her family dogs, chickens and Keith and Kayla’s ducks! She was a supporter of the Montana Youth Challenge Program. The highlights and most joyous time for Tammy was her marriage to Mark as well as the birth of her two children. Tammy is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Patrick and Nancy (Graham) Patrick. Brother-in-law Marty Hatfield. Tammy is survived by husband, Mark Hatfield, son, Keith (Kayla), daughter, Brittany Hatfield, brother, Jerry (Karen) Patrick, sister, Tana (Rick) Coppin, father and mother-in-law, Marion and Lorene Hatfield, sisters-in-law, Marlene (Jim) Williamson and Marsha (Martin) Malesich, brother-in-law, Marlon, Alaska and numerous nieces and nephews,
